Your payment if the case is successful

When the airline pays the compensation, we transfer the payment to you immediately. We take a 25% commission on the compensation.

If the airline refuses to pay and we consider it necessary to take the case to court, we will only do so with your permission. In such cases, a 15% legal fee will be added, but this only applies if the case is won.
